So, maybe you need someone to jump in at the deep end to support your project. Or maybe you need an extra person to take the pressure off whilst you are involved in a project? Practical coaching for real people at work, at home, for life.

Classic  - phone based, and face to face.

Applied  - usually work-based for new managers or on promotion. Dealing with complex work situations.

Change coaching - to help cope with and make the most of change situations ie restructuring etc. Typically either new opportunities or dealing with redeployment or outplacement.

I have 20 years’ plus experience across different sectors including small business, high end retail, arts, heritage and public sector. My background is in learning and development, and I am an experienced coach and facilitator. I have designed, delivered and developed many learning programmes including: change/outplacement, accredited learning, Investors in People, induction, pre-retirement and IT support.

Short to medium term assignments from a couple of days to several months or more.
